Recipe: Detox & Debloat Tea

I’ve been drinking this tea debloat every day in the winter for the past 11 years. Not only does it warm me up on cold days, but the lemon and hot water both help reduce bloating while the cinnamon decreases inflammation. I throw in any citrus I have on hand for an added boost of vitamin C and for the taste. I prefer to make my own tea blends or use loose-leaf tea in a stainless steel strainer because pre-packaged tea bags can contain microplastics and unwanted chemicals. I added a couple of my favorite strainers and the cutest citrus juicer at the end of this post!

*Tip: for the first week, I drink it twice a day.
